Seeing as the rainbow version might not get admin-approved, I made two other versions:

First a dark toned one to go with Stormcloud's existing colors:



And one with the "color explosion" effect, but just one color, the one you'd least expect:

you know what? compromise!

Stormcloud can have the singular color, BUT, her scales are iridescent so when the light hits them, it can shine up to two other colors. so a total of 3 colors. not too much, but fun!

example, my hair. it's brown. but when the sunlight hits it, i get distinctive red and gold highlights. same thing!

although i'd REALLY like to hear your reasoning behind why such a coloration is possible for her other than the hidden inside her stuff.

Too bad...... it is most deffinatly genderdiscrimination!
But if you like you could make one of Lace?

I like both of Stormcloud's mermaid-colors. Although I kind of tend to the purple one.

Well... my trains of thought are not always sensible... I wanted something to go with the "storm" theme of her and her family... I tried making one with a light yellow tail, to symbolize lightning, but it didn't look good... so I though rainbows and storms are slightly related... also I had in mind how the Wavedancer healers shaped Sunstream in 'Discovery'... but I admit these are not firm foundations and I accept the limits you've set. It's not fair for others if one elf has all the colors!

I think I shall go with the pinkish-purpley version if that is all right?

well i can understand the connection between storms and rainbows. so it makes sense to me...and yes, as founder i must be fair! so i shall be fair.

This is kind of sad... I wanted to make a doll of Stormcloud with the new couples maker, but of course there is no one to pair her with... poor lass... so I made one of her that is from a dream she keeps having... a dream of being with someone, and loving him, but not knowing who he is or what he looks like...

I have a "new character" to introduce: Gullflight, the hero of the story I posted today. He is deceased, has been for a long time. He lived in the times before the arrival of the WolfFolk. It is likely that he is the ancestor of some of the SeaFolk living now. (For more info, read the story! )

I did not think of it as a 'stone statue', more like an unclear dream... but it does look a bit like a statue...

Skybolt made you scream? Good kind of scream or bad kind?

I did not remember there was an elf with 'Gull' in their name... anything is possible... remind me again, who is Gullwing?

Gullwing is an NPC who makes the fermented drinks Kai so enjoys!
