wow!! Love the fish fry jokes! lol. anyway I do like all the ideas!! im just checking in since the family have gone off to bed and what not though I am not far behind..

so just to be sure, do we all agree on this storyline? all in favor please say aye.

And I'll update his form! Glad that he's got a player RPed family member now we gotta' decide which parents are the siblings now

What's the festival called? And is it prepared by the SeaFolk and the WolfFolk are guests? Can we start RPIng in a different place, then move to the beach? (Like someone runs to fetch someone from their cave or somethingf?)

hmmm...Festival of...well i did suggest Tides and Harvest. it could be when some of the elves come back from deep sea fishing with big ol' critters? i'm not sure, any ideas anyone?

anyways, BOTH take part in preparing it..though there are like two sections of preperations...ya know, SeaFolk making their foods, WolfFolk making their foods. but they celebrate pretty much together, though i imagine the untrusting would try to stay far from the other tribe.

and if you are referring to Kai and Leanan's story, then yes someone can run to collect them and help end their storyline. otherwise if there is no previously started storyline, then you'll have to start with the Festival storyline.

This is just an idea but we could have some good hearted competition at the festival, as part of the celebrations? It would lengthen the plotline and would give us more content instead of just doing the missing pip and cub the whole time...?

bleh!! I was up really early and now i am sleepy!! anyway, so what do you guys and gals want to do in the way of plot leading up to the cubs going missing?

i rather thought it'd be afternoon/ early evening when they realize they're gone?...maybe people are gathering for stories from the Tide/Howlkeeper's and the cub minders realize they're gone?

hmm..there was games mentioned. maybe a race as well?

I like the idea of a race maybe a cooking competition? since they are all working so hard over the fires or whatnot. maybe a three-legged race? or just general competitions for strength and maybe speed?

How about some contests for the hunters of the tribes? Archery, spear throwing, knife throwing?

And maybe a tug-of-war between the tribes?

oooh, i could definitely see the tug of war! maybe for each contest, there's a little cache of prizes each tribe has contributed to..a pot if you will. so who ever wins archery wins whatever was put in the pot for that, the winner of the race gets that pot, so forth.^^ little nice things, like maybe candles, jewelry...perhaps the WolfFolk would put up a few metal weapons in the tug of war contest? it would certainly encite the SeaFolk to try their hardest!

possible. i could use a random roller to pick a character to win, in addition with NPC's just because, so it's fair. after all, everyone might think their character is the best at such and such.^^
